SableOnBlond-Feb2015(WEB)-2The designer for Sable On Blond is Heather Kilburn Petrie who received a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Fashion Design from Ryerson University in Toronto. After apprenticing at several design studios in Toronto including Alfred Sung and Parkhurst Knitwear, she opened Sable On Blond Clothing Design Studio in Fredericton in 1990.
